Human Factors Analysis in
Incident Investigations

This course is designed to help you develop practical, field ready skills for integrating Human Factors into real incident investigations. This is not a theory-only course. Throughout the program, you will apply tools, methods, and structured thinking to realistic scenarios that reflect how investigations actually unfold in complex, high risk environments. You will work independently, collaborate with peers, and engage directly with experienced facilitators. The goal is not perfection, it is competence, confidence, and consistency in how you think about human performance and system behavior.

This is a blended learning experience that combines self paced online learning with live, interactive workshops and discussions. It works best with steady, in sequence effort.
